Add the desired products to the shopping cart by selecting the "Add to cart" button. You can add several products to the cart, from different categories.


1. Order registration


After adding the desired products to the cart, you must select the billing details, the desired payment method and the preferred delivery method (personal pickup from the showroom or delivery by courier). Don't forget to read the terms and conditions and check the box "By sending the order I accept the terms and conditions of CFMOTO Moldova" before sending the order. The final step for sending the order is the "Send order" button. Shortly after pressing this button you will receive an e-mail confirming the registration of the order.


2. Order processing


2.1. After sending the order from the "Shopping Cart", you will soon be contacted by one of our operators who will establish with you the details related to delivery. Following the order request made on the site, the email sent is automatically generated and there is no confirmation that the products are in stock. If the products are not in stock, you will be notified of the estimated waiting time. If you do not accept this waiting time, you will receive your money back if the payment was made online. After confirming the order, it will be processed by our operators in order to establish the delivery details. Delivery time is 1-3 working days from order confirmation.

2.2. Also, both the price and the technical specifications do not represent any kind of contractual obligation and can be changed without any prior notice. The photos of the products are informative and there may be differences between them and the product itself. If the prices or other details regarding the products / promotions were displayed incorrectly, including due to the fact that they were entered incorrectly in the database, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery of that product and to notify the customer by phone / e- mail as soon as possible, about the error, if the product has not been delivered yet, the amounts paid will be refunded (see Reimbursement methods, below)


3. Payment methods


3.1. Online payment: access this link to see all the online payment methods that you can use on our website: Online payment methods

Cash on delivery (upon delivery by courier). Payment will be made in cash by courier, up to 10,000 lei for individuals and 5,000 lei for legal entities.

3.3. Payment upon pick-up from the showroom can be made in the following ways: cash (up to a maximum amount of 10,000 lei for individuals / 5,000 lei for legal entities), bank card or rate card.


4. Delivery methods


Delivery will be made within 4 working days from the order confirmation by the CFMOTO Moldova representative (see paragraph 2.1)

4.1. Courier delivery (standard):

Delivery is free for orders with a value greater than 100 Euro. The delivery fee for orders with a value of less than 100 Euro.

4.2. Lifting from the showroom: delivery to the showroom is free. If you have chosen lifting from the showroom with payment on lifting, and the products are in stock, you will be contacted by an CFMOTO Moldova representative to pick up your order. If the products are not in stock in the showroom you selected when you registered the order, we will notify you by e-mail or SMS when they arrive in the showroom to pick them up. From the moment they arrive, the products are kept in the showroom for 4 days (including the day you receive the pick-up notification). For orders paid online (with online card, payment order), please have your identity card with you, so we can hand you the products. For legal entities, a power of attorney from the company is also required.

Note: Delivery terms refer to orders you have chosen to pay cash on delivery.

If you have chosen another payment method - online card, payment order, payment in installments - the delivery term may change depending on the payment registration. Please insist that when receiving the package you receive carefully the received products! Any notifications related to the lack of parts or their damage during transport must be reported to the agent from the courier company upon receipt of the package; it is mandatory to conclude a finding report with the representative of the courier company. Subsequent complaints will be extremely difficult to resolve, because without this report, the courier company will not be held liable.


5. Order


5.1. By completing the Order, the Buyer agrees that all data provided by him, necessary for the purchase process, are correct, complete and true at the time of placing the Order. 

5.2. By completing the Order, the Buyer agrees that the Seller (CFMOTO Moldova) may contact him, by any means available / agreed by the Seller, in any situation where it is necessary to contact the Buyer. 

The Seller may cancel the Order placed by the Buyer, following a prior notification addressed to the Buyer, without any subsequent obligation of any party to the other or without any party being able to claim damages from the other in the following cases:

5.3.1. non-acceptance by the issuing bank of the Buyer's card, of the transaction, in case of online payment;

5.3.2. invalidation of the transaction by the card processor approved by the Seller, in case of online payment;

5.3.3. the data provided by the Client / Buyer on the Site are incomplete and / or incorrect.


6. Right of withdrawal


6.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, respectively to return a Good, within 14 calendar days, without invoking any reason and without incurring other costs than the delivery ones. Thus, according to GEO no. 34/2014, the period of returning a Good or giving up a Service expires within 14 calendar days from the day when the Buyer enters into physical possession of the purchased Good; 

6.2. If the Buyer decides to withdraw from the Contract, he will be able to fill in the return form that can be found at https://www.cfmoto.md, then he will send it to [email protected][email protected].

6.3. If the Client / Buyer requests the withdrawal from the Contract within the legal term of withdrawal from the contract, he must also return the eventual gifts that accompanied the respective product. If the Order is paid, the Seller will refund the amount within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of possession of the returned Goods. The amount will be returned as follows:

6.3.1. for Orders paid by bank card: by refund to the account from which the payment was made;

6.3.2. for Orders paid with PO: by bank transfer;

6.3.3. for Orders paid in cash / in cash in the showroom: by refunding cash in the showroom or by refunding the value of the product in the bank account sent by the customer;

6.3.4. for Orders paid by consumer credit: cancellation / recalculation of contract rates.

6.3.5. pentru Comenzile achitate prin Cryptomoneda rambursul se face in Moneda Fiat in contul furnizat de Client. Pentru evitarea oricarui dubiu, se intelege ca Tranzactiile cu Moneda Virtuala sunt ireversibile, iar NETOPIA sau CFMOTO Moldova nu vor avea nicio obligatie de a restitui catre Client valoarea Tranzactiei procesate in Moneda Virtuala.


6.4. If the Good is returned in a condition in which it can no longer be sold as new (open packaging, missing accessories, the Good is damaged), we reserve the right to request a fee for returning the Good to its original stage, as the case may be, or for to cover the price difference resulting from the sale of the product as second-hand or, at the Buyer's request, we will resend the Good, the delivery costs being borne by the Buyer.


6.5. Diminution of the value of the returned Goods Because, in case of distance sales, the Buyer does not have the possibility to check the Goods before concluding the contract, he has the right to withdraw from the contract. For the same reason, the Buyer is allowed to test and verify the Goods he has purchased to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and mode of operation of the Goods.

In order to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods, the Buyer must handle and inspect them in the same way as he would be allowed to do in a real physical store. For example: The buyer can try an item, but cannot wear it. The Buyer is only responsible for diminishing the value of the Goods resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to determine the nature, qualities and functioning of the Goods. If the Buyer exercises his right of withdrawal after using the Goods to an extent that exceeds the limit necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and mode of operation, the Buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the Goods. The accessories (user manuals, cables etc.) in the box of the Good as well as its original packaging are an integral part of the Good. As a result, the Buyer has the obligation when exercising his right of withdrawal from the contract to return it in the original undamaged packaging, protected by wrapping with foil for stretch plastic packaging or packed in a cardboard box and together with all its accessories.

Returned goods that show signs of wear (stains, scratches, bends, cracks, blows etc.) are accepted return only after their conformity, involving the costs of sanitation, cosmetics, repair, replacement of any damaged parts and return to commercial form for sale as a used product. The final value is established depending on the value of the parts to be replaced and the reconditioning work or as the difference between the initial value of the new product and the resale value of the used product. Any diminution of the value of the Goods resulting from their handling other than those necessary to determine the nature, qualities and functioning of the Goods is the responsibility of the Buyer. The equivalent value of the diminution fee will be communicated to the Buyer upon receipt of the returned Goods. 

6.6. If a Good ordered by the Buyer cannot be delivered by the Seller, the latter will inform the Buyer of this fact and will return to the Buyer's account the value of the Good and / or the Service, within a maximum of 7 (seven) days from the date on which the Seller became aware of this fact or from the date on which the Buyer expressly expressed his intention to terminate the Contract.

6.7. Goods for which the right is not insured

6.7.1. Products ordered by special, external orders for which an advance has been requested and which have been brought at the client's request are exempted from the right to withdraw from the Contract. For products ordered in advance which the customer wants to renounce at for various reasons, the seller may withhold up to 100% of the advance submitted by the customer.


7. Warranties


All Goods sold by the Seller benefit from warranty conditions in accordance with the legislation in force and the commercial policies of the producers. The goods are new, in the original packaging and come from sources authorized by each manufacturer.

7.2. In the case of the Goods sold and delivered by CFMOTO Moldova, the Buyer will receive upon delivery for each Good that benefits from the guarantee, a guarantee certificate with all the details of the service center that ensures the repairs during the warranty period.
